Coconut & Eggs Are Your New Best Friends: Discover Upbeat Brand Too Cool For School

The visible influence of the East skincare routines has certainly made a huge wave into the European beauty market. What started as a craving for Eastern BB creams to an essence craze, the beauty and skincare sector will always develop into something revolutionary inspired from current trends across the globe.

I can always remember watching this one YouTuber trialling and applying a collection of  Korean BB cream purchases, her enthusiasm and in-depth reviews made me really think on why these hidden gems weren’t easily available in the European market.

Too Cool For School

A brand with a strong following that introduced eggs in a whole new light by combining them into skincare to produce an egg-citing range of face and body care. This young, upbeat skincare brand found a gap in the jam-packed beauty world of lotions and potions, their products speak a thousand words from the artsy, eye-catching packaging that excites the potential customer.

I must be the only one that hasn’t dived into this very much appealing Korean inspired brand, and this wasn’t done intentionally, promise. Well, after experiencing a couple of their best-selling products to date, I’m happy to share with you my thoughts on the retro-modern, Korean inspired brand (you can all stop cursing me now and accept my request to join the Too Cool For School family).

Not Sugar-Free But Guilt-Free

Beginning with the irresistible Coconut Sugar Facial Scrub, a product that smells like freshly baked coconut tarts as you unscrew the lid for the very first time, a scent that lingers delightfully throughout the entire bathroom.

Its worth eating before indulging into this pot of temptation, If you’re feeling rather peckish beforehand then be prepared to feel even more hungrier.

So, what’s actually inside this almost edible scrub from Too Cool For School? Coconut, obviously, but in various forms to provide you with the ultimate coconut experience of a lifetime (and I’m not even kidding you).

We have coconut flower sugar used as the manual exfoliant, sloughing away dead skin cells on the surface. Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit acts as a refreshing humectant, attracting moisture from the air to relief skin from dehydration. The added benefits from coconut water help to reduce excess oil and greasiness present on the skin. Finishing off with the ‘big guns’ coconut oil to provide long-lasting relief from skin dryness and minor irritation.

As for application, simply apply the paste-like consistency over damp skin and begin massaging in circular motions, paying that extra time on dry areas will work an absolute treat for your troubled skin. After giving your fingertips a good workout, allow the product to sit on the skin for a good 5 to 10 minutes, this will allow the combination of coconut extracts to work at their best giving you the most softest, nourished skin feeling ever. Applying Egg On The Body, Are You For Real?

I’m terrible for body care, I’ve always neglect the body as never been a top priority, I always focused on what products to apply next to my face. I have never liked the feeling of creams or lotions left on the body as they moisturise my skin, but only until recently have I started to care for my skin on the body thanks to one life-changing product from Too Cool For School. The egg mousse body oil: an eye-catching canister that unleashes a beautifully air-whipped foam, and to my surprise, it’s been an absolute game-changer for sometime like myself who hates anything applied on their body.

Let’s begin with the obvious ingredient, egg, extracts from the yolk and egg whites work in synergy to restore and repair over-exposed skin. Don’t worry, it smells completely nothing like egg itself so you’re in safe hands. There’s also a pleasant mix of shea butter, honey and milk protein extracts that work to nourish the skin cells at a deeper level. I kid you not, applying this after a refreshing shower or relaxing bath will give you the ultimate skin satisfaction you’ve had in a long time.

There’s a little stickiness from the mousse itself but this soon disappears after a minute or two which if you’re in a hurry to get dress and prepared for heading out the door, shouldn’t be much of an issue. I like to apply this right before going to bed knowing upon waking up my skin is ridiculously soft and pampered from head-to-toe.

I should add the comforting, creamy aroma makes this particular body product a delight to use, something you can look forward to applying. You deserve it, treat your body to a bottle by tapping here.
